One point of contact who brings together technology, business and AI

I am Felipe de Mello Hernández. FH Tecnología is my studio: I design and build artificial intelligence, websites, applications and automations for companies that want to modernise and go digital.

FH Tecnología is the consulting and development studio of Felipe de Mello Hernández, a senior web developer with an MBA from Universidad Europea de Madrid and a master's degree in applied artificial intelligence, with more than 200 projects delivered. It brings together three worlds, technical development, business vision and AI applied to processes, to turn company problems into systems, automations and metrics, in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Who is behind it

Felipe de Mello Hernández.

I am a senior web developer and I lead the technical side, with a 360-degree view, of projects across every sector: corporate websites, online shops, integrations, measurement and, in recent years, artificial intelligence and automation. Before that I worked in financial consulting, with a portfolio of more than 80 clients and training delivered to more than 150 consultants.

I am not just "the one who codes". I bring together three worlds: technical development, the business vision of an MBA (Universidad Europea de Madrid) and consulting, and a master's degree in artificial intelligence applied to processes. That lets me turn a business problem into a system, an automation and a metric, and explain it to you without jargon.

More than 200 delivered projects have a practical advantage: almost no problem reaches me for the first time, and I can tell early what can be solved with something simple and what needs custom development.

Tools

What I work with.

The tool is chosen after the problem. These are the ones I use every day.

Web

WordPress, WooCommerce, Laravel

WordPress and Elementor Pro, WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, PHP, JavaScript, CSS and Laravel for whatever a CMS does not cover.

Servers

Performance and infrastructure

NGINX, SSH, VPS, LiteSpeed Cache, WP Rocket and Cloudflare: a fast website starts at the server.

Security

Audits and clean-up

Wordfence, technical audits and malware removal on WordPress and PrestaShop, with a documented procedure.

AI and automation

n8n, Claude, voice and prospecting

n8n for orchestration, Claude connected to WordPress through MCP (Novamira), Ultravox for AI voice and Apollo for lead generation.

Data

Measurement you can audit

Google Tag Manager and dataLayer, Google Sheets and Power BI for dashboards that answer business questions.

Business

Decision frameworks

PESTEL, SWOT and CAME, Porter, Business Model Canvas, KPIs and investment analysis (NPV, IRR, payback) to decide with numbers.

How I work

Four commitments.

Clarity

Everything in writing

Objective, scope, deadlines and success metric agreed before we start.

Measurement

Baseline first

We measure where you stand today so the improvement can be proven later.

Control

You decide

Automation prepares and proposes. Anything that affects customers or money, you approve.

Ownership

Everything is yours

Code, accounts and documentation in your name, with no dependency on my work.

What volleyball taught me

Sixteen years of teamwork, pressure and results.

I played volleyball for around sixteen years at professional level, and quite a few more counting the years before that. That is where the discipline, the consistency and the habit of performing under pressure come from. And, above all, two lessons I apply every week when managing projects and teams.

Different people, different demands

The same goal is not asked of everyone the same way

I had to mediate between two opposite teammates: one trained the bare minimum and the other was extremely hard on himself. I asked more of the first while understanding him better; I helped the second channel his competitiveness so he would pull the team along and not only himself. The same happens in a project: each profile needs a different kind of demand and support.

Translating the message

Between management and the team there is a captain

A coach with a harsh, direct style was not getting through to several teammates. As captain, I filtered and adapted how that feedback reached each one, without changing the substance, to get the best out of every player. It is exactly what I do between the people who decide and the people who execute: turn goals and criticism into something each person can use.

Responsibility

Privacy and security as part of the job.

Only the minimum personal data needed is processed, which data goes to which provider is documented, and standard security measures are applied: HTTPS, protective headers, least-privilege access and a backup before every change.

  • GDPR and Spanish e-commerce law (LSSI) considered from the design stage.
  • EU AI Act: risk classification of the system.
  • Non-disclosure and data processing agreements where applicable.
  • Testing environment kept separate from production.
Frequently asked questions

About how I work.

Do you work alone or with a team?

I run every project personally. When the scope requires it, I bring in trusted professionals in design, copywriting or legal advice, always with a single person accountable to you.

Which languages do you work in?

Spanish, English and Portuguese. Project documentation is delivered in the language you prefer.

Can I see examples of your work?

Yes. The case studies page has anonymised examples of audits, security, payments, measurement and AI automation, and in our first conversation I will show you the ones closest to your situation.
